All content on this website—including text, images, book excerpts, and the 6-chapter framework—is the property of Kerry Pastine and True Self Essentials Publishing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

2. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative process. While Kerry Pastine brings 25+ years of experience, the results of coaching depend on your own engagement and commitment. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices and well-being.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Coaching Sessions: I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, eBook purchases are non-refundable.
• Print Books: For signed copies ordered directly, please contact me if your book arrives damaged. For Amazon/Bookshop orders, please refer to their respective return policies.

4. Email Community

By subscribing to Letters from Lisbon, you agree to receive periodic emails from me. I will never sell your data or spam you, and you can opt-out at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kerry Pastine and True Self Essentials Publishing shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of this website or the application of the framework described in Take Back Your Self. The work of self-discovery is personal and carries inherent emotional risks; by engaging with this work, you assume those risks.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal (where Kerry is based) and the United States (where the publishing company is registered).
